Duraclamp

Ceramic Tip

Special “diamond hard” alumina oxide tip leaves a small rack mark and is uniquely suited for “2 step” anodizing processes where titanium is undesirable.

Dual Ceramic Tip

Unique ceramic tip in the Duraclamp frame as well as the screw allows anodizers to double up on their workloads with minimal rack marks.

Coarse Threads

Larger "Acme" threads create less threads per inch and fewer rotations to tighten Duraclamp screws.  Ideal for lighter weight extrusions where speed and ease of tightening is slightly more critical than gripping power.

Short Screw

Increases anodizers ability to maximize workloads of large aluminum sections by minimizing screw overhang.  Helps reduce the possibility of screw contact with the tank perimeter when a full length screw is not necessary due to the extrusion shape and thickness.
